    To win you need to control the midfield , 3 central defenders , 1 dmc , 2 mc 1ml 1mr and 2 st should work fine.

    play on flanks
    mentality offensive
    passiing style : mixed ( or short )
    After you will score some goals , you can change 1 striker and put in MC / AMC to secure your midfield
