Toughest league oppenent 4-1-2-2-1 - odd set up

Hi this is my first post here

So im facing a much stronger oppenent in my second league game.

Managed to win my first league game 5-0 with 4-4-2 motivated wings (MR shadow striker got a hattrick reached form 9)

this is he's set up.


I was thinking play him with 4-4-2 motivated right wing or
playing 4-1-4-1 - attacking down the right flank, mixed passes, counter attacks, zonal defence,
no offside trap, defencive.


I havent played much of this game so if i could have a little guidance that would be just great.

As he had forgeten he's left wing i deced to attack there.


I opted for 4-1-4-1 Defencive, after the first goal i changed to 4-4-2 motivated right attacking.
