Is it a good formation?

OR can you help me because i want a formation with :

- 1 ST
- at least 1 DMC
- 1 AMC
- AML and AMR

Have you got an idea of other formation which are balanced?

I love to play 4-5-1V and vs bad teams i play 3-5-2V. very balanced. But i dont have a AMC offcourse
