How to beat 3W-2DMC-3W-1AMC-1 formation

1st game I used 4-1-3W-2ST. at 90M my striker received a red card and he scored from free kick.
2nd game I tried 4-5-1 V style and lost because of kick from 25-30 yards.
Got NO idea how to counter this formation.
Either 3N-5-2
or 3W-5-2.
Or 3W-2N-3W-2.

I guess something like.

3-1-4-2 will work since you can stop there wingers and you have a stronger midfield.
You dont need 4 defenders for 1 striker and you realy need a DMC.

If they are stronger use defending with counter and mixed


And long shot will be taken mostly by AMC so you realy need an DMC

DMC totally useless.
Lost in cup 2-0 vs the same formation.
Sucks.
