Cup match against 4-3w-3

I have a cup match tonight again against 4-3w-3

I startet the first game with 4-1-2-1-2 but that didn´t worked that well....than i switched to 3n-5-2V....scored the first goal, but in the end i lost the game 2-1...this time i´m playing at home....maybe this is enough but i´d like to hear your opinions how you would counter this formation. And because i´m still learning how you would set the orders. :cool:

(his and my team have the same strengh)
