Oh yes! So, he played 4-1-4-1, i have played 4-5-1V, offensive mentality, everything else, normal, without counterattack. And i've won with 2-1 away on a level 5. Till now, i took out one lvl 6 and 2 level 5 and i am level 2 ).

I'm in the last 16. So, my next opponent! It's a lvl 5 with a quite weird team, a 4-4-2 without a DL. Some of his players are much much better than mine. Strong midfield, strong defense, except 1 player, great goalkeeper, weak attack. First game away.

Any advice it's more than welcomed. I am thinking to play on both flanks, because he doesn't have DL, with a strong midfield and only 1 forward. Maybe a 4-5-1V or a 4-1-2-2-1, with AMR and AML. Two of the opponents who lost against him in cup were playing 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond and one was playing 4-4-2.

Again 4-5-1V ... or butterfly. But others say the 4-2-2-2 hexagon formation beats 4-4-2 easily

What is his overall quality, and what is yours?

I think Id go for 4-5-1V again, its most competitive of all formations

I think that was it . I have lost woth 2-0. First half, defensive mentality + counterattack, 2nd half offensive mentality, red arrows on AMR and AML without counterattack, but i got 1 goal each half.
