How to best a big team 4-5-1 v-style

My team: 44.5
Opponent: 59.2 ( I don't know how..)

Openent it's first on leave and he wins every
Match.
He wins 7:1 to an 41 team (3-5-2)
5:1 to an 41.5 (4-4-2)
6:1 to an 43.4 (3-2-3-2-1)
4:0 to an 44.5 ( 3-2-1-2 ) v

He play 4-5-1 v style
I'm play 3-5-2 or 3-1dmc -4-2


1 which formation ?
2. Which tactic ?

theres a counter formation thread in the sticky section, use it! Tbh, with the quality difference id play defensive n try not to get ****ed

Counter formation is nonsense.
I tried to use and lost 2 matches in a row without any chance.
So just use your best.

Not sure about formation, but I played a guy with 5-6 points quality average above me today, in his league he has played 5, won 4 and drew 1 so far. I accidentally played with hard attacking and won 6-2 :S. I have 451v he had 442, I also wasn't watching the game but he had support.

I'd go for 3-4-1-2 using attacking ment, both flanks, whole field press, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal and no counter and yes offside trap.
