How can i counter this formation?



I planned to use 4-3N-2(AML\AMR)-1

blue arrow on st and reds arrows to AM

and whit this orders:

-normal mentality ( we are like equal in quality)
-mixed pass and targets
-pressing in my field
-counter attack
-medium tackles
-zonal

Any suggestion or hint?
