incorrect position

If I put a player on a wrong position (e.g. AMC-player on a MC-position) there is shown a warntriangel.
What effect is given?

I want to know the same thing. Is there any formula or something that calculates the quality reduction if the player is put in incorrect position?

You'll lose some position if you put a player on wrong position

July Forth said it's about 5% possession loss.

If they are at good morale & condition, it can be less I think. Also some players want to be another position, I had an MC give terrible form until I tried him as ML, and he got better. So I train him as ML and he's good now.
