1. How to manage this formation 4-1-4-1

Mine is offensive, attacking through the middle, long passes, normal tackling, pressure on own half, counter attack ON, and no red arrows.

2. How to counter this formation???

I like "mixed" unless you see particular weakness.

this Attachment 10690 might be a counter you could try they got a draw playing that against me :)
