Looking for advice on countering 3w-1-3w-3

This new season it seems everything has changed so I no longer refer to the Counter Formation table. Anyway, our teams are fairly even in strength. Any ideas to beat 3w-1-3w(ml,mc,mr)-3st?

Thanks. I was thinking about fielding 3 strikers. 3-4-3...Is that with short passing down flanks or long balls mfixed focus since he's fairly open in the back with a wide 3? Also do you suggest an arrow down on anyone?

So far Id go 3-4-3, ml&r up, BUT not sure on the orders & arrows.

Played 3n-4-3 attack, flanks. Short pass. 60% poss. Scored first goal but he tied it up at 65 mins. My scout st played a 5(horrible). Need help for 2nd leg at home. 1-1 on agg. Please help

with the 4-5-1 V....what kind of tactics/orders? I've been told red on dl&r & Aml&r and blue on both Mcs with normal mentality down both flanks. I prefer attacking but... As far as 3-5-2....any advice on arrows /orders?

He changed to a 4-1-3w-2. I beat him 3-0. I started out 4-5-1vstyle attack flanks, Whole pitch hard tackle. Switched after scoring the first goal to3n-1-4-2, Normal mxd/flanks Whole pitch hard tackle. Thanks for the help. Now I've got my league game against 4-2mc-3w-1. Any ideas?
