How can i counter this formation?

4-5-1 V formation should do the trick, with some attack down the flanks.

i'm thinking about 3W-2DMC-2N-2W-1 but 4-5-1v is good too...i will try 4-5-1v :)

It depends. If you see that his AMC are taking over too much during the match, add an extra DMC to give you a secure defence.

first half 4-5-1v losing 1:0, second half changed to 3W-2DMC-2N-2W-1 and played 1:1 draw...
