3n-5-2 flat or you can try 3-1-4-2

My favorite formation is Maple Leaf,with 3-1-4-2 being my second, but i do not know if either is a good counter ND, I have much more strength than my opposition most of the time.

what formation Maple Leaf look like?

His team sure put up arrow on ML and MR and will go attacking. I recommended you use 4-1dmc-3w-1amc-1st. Normal mentality, press whole pitch, short passing, attack through the middle, zonal marking, no offside trap, no counter attack, no arrow. While in game, ask you friend to support you so that you can have more possession. I think you can make it.
