How to win against 5-2-3

Hey guys,

how should I line up my team against a guy who plays a 5-2-3 ( GK, DR, DC, DC, DC, DL, MC, MC, ST, ST, ST)

3-4-1-2, attacking both flanks, no offside, no counter, attacking mentality, own half, normal tackling.

doubtful
but try make the opponent not getting to his 3 strikers will help I guess
