Need help defeating 4-2-3-1

opponent is using following formation

both are similar quality. mine is 60.3 his is 59.9
i got players available for any formation and also this is my home match.
please tell me tactics for this along will orders

i usually play 4-2-1-2 narrow diamond or 4-1-2-1-2 wide diamond. Not getting very good result with it though.

dont know how to play against this one.

Sorry just tested, did not work effectively. Won with 4-3-2-1, but had less ball possession. Hmmm, you may want to test 4-1-4-1, Up arrow on DL/DR, ML/MR, defensive, counter attack.

Just tested and lost ^^ Won with 4-3-2-1 but had less ball possession. But I looked up the history and I saw a friendly match which I lost to a much team of a friend who played 4-4-2 classic against my 3N-2MC-3-2.

Therefore I think 4-4-2 classic or 4-1-4-1 should work for you.

He use attacking formation. Use this 3w-2dmc-3mc-1amc-1st. through the middle, short pasing, zonal marking, normal mentality, no offside, pressing whole pitch. no counter attack, no arrow. I think this formation will beat that formation.

I think narrow diamond will help you.Your DL/DR/DMC will stop the attacking midfield line.With two MC's and AMC will dominate the midfield.At least he hasn't DMC.Other option : use 4-4-1-1.Use blue arrows on your MC's and red arrows on ML and MR and attack from the flanks.
