Need help defeating 4-2-3-1

He use attacking formation. Use this 3w-2dmc-3mc-1amc-1st. through the middle, short pasing, zonal marking, normal mentality, no offside, pressing whole pitch. no counter attack, no arrow. I think this formation will beat that formation.
