Need help defeating 4-2-3-1

I say 4-1-4-1 or 4-4-2
defensive mentality, mixed passing, attack from the flanks, pressing own half,
force counterattack, zonal marking , no offside red arrows on ML and MR

4-1-4-1 is good idea.
