How to beat 3N-3W-2N-2

Hi all!
I have a Cup final at 6pm GMT today. I was wondering if you could give any suggestions on formations and tactics I could use. There was a topic about this formation with counter 4-5-1 V but there was no outcome as usual.
I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone gives there opinion and knowledge. I'll post the results anyway.

4-5-1 attacking through the flanks should do the trick.

Make sure to remove the red arrow on your DMC, this is a huge mistake of putting a red arrow on him. Remove the arrow at all.

Place red arrows on your DL/DR. The arrow on your Striker could be removed as well but it is your choice. It does not have any significant impact. Since he is having only DML & DMR, your wingers which seems to have quality must provide you with enough chances to score goals.
