Influence of DC, MC, AMC or ST position?

Hi, I don't know if tthis thread it's right here...

It just to confirm, but there is any influence if I put, for example, my AMC on the right side, in relation with the attack throw the right flank??

And for example, playing with a 3W-5-2, if I put the DC on the left side, next to the DL, I will have more defense in the left side? Or it's the same?

That's correct.

Basically, You can watch entire field smth like chess table, and each player like king in chess game.
