You can try a 4-5-1V with defensive mentality and counterattack if you play away and normal mentality if you play home. If your opponent it's better than you and he do not have a free kick SA, you can go with hard tackle. And pressing on your own half.

Defend Your flanks (DL/R DML/R), MC's with blue arrow(s), attack with wings ML/R with red arrows, AML/R, ST(s) on sides, good DMC could be an option. There are a plenty of options..Post screenshots.

Lost home or away? This one could be tricky ... He can move ST, MC, DMC through the game... And will play probably with def. mentality with counters. Cover his ML with Your MR, if Your MR is stronger put red arrow. Need 2STs. If You lost away, You need not to concede a goal.

Zonal, He'll play probably def. with counters, tackling normal, hard could bring You some cards, free throws to Your opponent, but You can risk, especially if You have good tackling players ... Btw not so sure about this one...
