How to beat 4 1 2 1 2?

Hello guys. I'm playing for a cap match today. My team is back for 1 goal. basically the score is 0-1.
His formation is(4-1-2-1-2):

My formation in the first match(4-1-2-2-1)*with red arrows to my AML & AMR*:
Mentality:Normal
Focus:From the flanks
Pressure:Half
Tackle:Hard
Zonal Mark
Counter Attack:On
Offside Trap:Off

In the second half i switched to(4-3-2-1)*Red arrows to AML & AMR and Blue arrow to the MC in the center but he was pretty close to score again:

any suggestion on how to beat his formation?

Play 3CD-1DCM-4-2ST, Red arrows on ML/MR switch to Normal tackling the rest above are OK.

I'll try 3-1-4-2 or 3-5-2 and i will post back the results after the match.

The match is over. I played 3-1-4-2 against his 4-1-2-1-2. As i said i lost the first match with 0-1. In the second match i scored to the second half('73)when i change my formation (3-1-4-2) to (3-5-2). And the golden goal was taken from the substitution. And finally i won the match in penalties. :p
