Need help versus this player!

Please if anyone can help me set tactics and way to beat this player!! He has weaker team than me and played him home first and beat me 3-0??

Here is his team and my team is on the right!!!

4-4-2 it's the formation what counterattack his formation. But you can try something different aswell. He doesn't have a DMC, so you can use a formation with AMC. Quit the arrows, use counterattack.

Thanks very much for you reply mate! I just played the game and some how beat him 3-2 but im out of the cup coz he scored 2 goals and brings the aggregate to 5-3 to him...
