How to beat this strange formation? 4-0-1-2n-3

Hi all,

New season, new original challenges. I have next match against this strange formation:

He has not but a single middle, and his flanks are just not there. Should be a 4-5v-1 a good counter. Mine is 23.5 and his 27. So, a huge problem there¡,!.

Any help?

blue arrows on your 3 MC's and red arrows on ML and MR
defensive
both flanks
press own half
hard tackle
long passing
no counter
no offside trap
