How can i beat 4-3-1-2 he has no ML/MR only 3 MC

Can I use 4-5-1 v style?

Don't I need a DMC to beat his AMC?

I can't use 4-3W-3, because my ML is hurt and is out in 6 days.
can I use AML instead and add a blue arrow on him?

my suggestion: put player near DMC position (like DML,DMR,DC,MC) for "temporary DMC" or set blue arrow at player MC to extend MC guard area from MC to DMC (the blue arrow MC needs high stamina,so please keep MC rest to 99% condition)

4-1-4-1 If your team's quality is higher than his use normal mentality, if not use defensive. Down both flanks, red arrows on DL/DR/ML/MR. Long passing, Pressing own half and force counter attack.
