4-4-2 and 4-1-2-1-2 ND are the best formations to play against 3N-2W-3N-2. Are you playing home or away and your opponent, does he have a freekick SA? And how are his midfielders, how strong are they? Those details plus an image with his team will help a lot to get the best result.

As you can see 2 of my key players suffered injury yesterday and im trying to put a plan b team
I am also in a W/W/W/W/W streak but i just can't afford to lose this game, i have to win :)
Seeing this, i would suggest you to go for a 3n-4-3. I cant see too many alternatives. Use def mentality, counterattack, hard tackle. Everything else normal.
Off topic. Try to watch videos for tokens and medicines. And use tokens to get medicines to heal your players. Buy one AMC, get rid of 1-2MC's, you have way too many. And you'll be alright.
