How to beat 3N-1-4-2

Hello, i will play a match in champions league and my opponent use 3N-1-4-2 tactic and he has 9-4*players,1 5* and 1 3*.
- DR-DC-DC-Dl
- DMC
-MR-MC - MC-ML
-ST - ST
My current is 4-4-2, but i also use 4-3-3(i have 4 strikers-4 and 5 stars). But one of my MC is injured so I want to use 4-2-1-3(all my players are 4 or 5 stars).Is it a good tactic? Or i should use 4-4-2? My overal team quality is 21.4 and my opponents quality is 19.1.

I don't have good third DC, my DR and DL are very good, especially my DR,who is captain of my team.Also i don't have AMR and AML. I use atacking mentality and pressure all over the field.
