How to Beat 4-1-3n-2 (Pokal Match)

tomorrow I have a pokal match against 4-1-3n-2 (DL-DC-DC-DR / DMC / 3xMC / 1ST). He is really strong, my team have 34,9 and he has 43.4

should i play 4-5-1v defensive with hard tackling and blue on dc - dmc ?
I would be happy about your help !!

EDIT: He changed his formation to 3-3-3-1 (DC-DC-DC / DML-DMC-DMR /MC-MC-MC/ ST)
Have anyone a idea to beat this formation ?
