As a newbie to T11, I have always used normal style and seldom use attacking.
What is the difference in the three styles and when is the right time to use each.
I get a big decrease in stamina level when going to attacking mode and am on Level 2 Rookie manager level.
Please advice.

I would say to stick with normal, unless you have very strong players, they will tire more at those settings, and you make them more likely to injure. I have only every used attacking, when it seems there is nothing I can do to get a goal in a match live. I have tried hard attacking, but seemed to lose possesion.

Is it correct to say that when attacking, the team is trying at get as far forward as possible and then is open to counter attack and / or gaps / lose formation in defense and middle.
If above is true then in normal mode, the formation / structure is maintained while defending and attacking?
So attack only if defense is very strong and staying back and then only if really desperate for goal/s
Thats how I do it. Although there are many opinions on this I think.
