Help needed with weird formation

Hey,
I need help against a formation I ain't seen before. I play tomorrow and his formation is 4-2w-2-2 set as below.
DR DC DC DL
DMR DML
MC MC
ST ST
I tried a 3-5-2 flat and lost. Should I be playing narrow through the middle?
