Can I beat him with this formation?

I'm trying to understand this formation stuff, read from here about what to use etc and I wanted to ask that can I beat this dude with that formation? I really need to win this game and just saying - I have better team than his.

Yes, I know that two of my players are in wrong positions (also he had 3 players at wrong places), but I read that if you dont have any other players to put at some position you can use players whose actual position is close or something. So, do I have a change to win him?

yes you can beat that formation with 4-4-2 ND without any problem ... I beat the same formation with this , 9-0 and 8-0 in league
