3-2-3-2 how to win against?

my opponent play with 3 dc - Ml - DMC - MC - DMC - MR - 2 st
and he's bit better than me, about 1.00 .
Can u advise me how should i play ?

I don't have any dmr for this moment, cause he ended career after season...
I think about 4-4-2 classic with normal, both flanks, own half, short passing, zonal, no counter/ offside

You lose midfield and your attack and go even with his defence with 442.

Play Mr instead of dmr instead.

First i played 4-4-2 and i won 2-1; now i'll try with 3-2-2-2-1 as u said and we'll see tomorrow
and what orders for 3-2-2-2-1 ?

I'm not happy because of my score, i think you're formation is better, but i haven't got any idea about orders, cause i didn't use to play formations like this
