How to beat 4-3-1-2 with mc-mc-mr

Hey guys, I need help for the above postet formation with mc-mc-mr

I've had my first cup game today in league 2 but lost 2-3 with this formation

This is the formation he plays the last few Game and don´t change it :

Now i wan´t to change my formation for the rematch to:

Red arrow: MR, AMC
Blue arrow: DMC
mentality: attacking
Focus passing: right flank or middle?
Pressing: whole pitch
tackling: normal
passing: mixed
marking: zonal
counter: on
trap: off

His quality is 16.9 mine 19.4

I would like to take advantage of its gap on the right side so i put my AMC to this side.
Do you think this will work? or have some tips for me?
