could use some help against this formation

both of his ML/MR can also play as attacking midfielders so he could probably change to this

im thinking of just going 442 and see how things go seeing as im higher rated and all my players have full fitness/morale. i would like to win though since its a cup game

anyone played against similar formations that could offer some suggestions?
