Need advice for my formation.

I am rather new to the game, being in my second season.
I really like the game and I went on through the last matches of the 1st Season and the few first of the 2nd Season with a 3W - 2N - 3W - 2

My team is quite offensive and I am asking you to help me with orders and arrows.
At the moment I have Red arrow on my best and fastest MC(34), AM and ST. No arrows on the rest.
Orders are: attacking, mixed passing (changing to flanks if I play against 4-3-3 or less wingers), whole pitch pressing, normal tackling, mixed passing (long if they win midfield), zonal, counter-attacks if away and no offside trap (although I have been thinking about it since I have quite fast defenders).

My questions are:
Are the arrows correct?
What are my strenghts and weaknesses?
Are the orders correct? How can I improve my thinking in this matter?
What would you change if you were me?
