Important Game! Against 4-1-3N-2

Hi Folks,

I have an important again to go top of the league against 4-1-3n-2 (see attached).

I was thinking of a 4-3n-2w-1 attacking both flanks. I have used this counter against this formation before but it didnt seem to be very effective? Do you have any advise?
