What should i use ? He's better than me about 5 points
Maybe 4-3-2-1 ? I don't know.

try 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond formation it can work as he has no dmc and your amc would have loads of free space to cause trouble between his midfield and defence. i would blue arrow your dmc and red arrow your amc. play short passing and through the middle. its only guess work but i think that should help.
