3N-1-2N-1-3. How to face illegal formation?

Hi.
Today I've got a game versus illegal formation 3N-1-2N-1-3. I will have huge possesion but still I'm trying to find the best tactics to beat it using players not fromstarting 11.

I'm thinking about 4-5-1 v-style and attack from flanks cause I need to have 4 defenders one DMC to take care of his AMC and imho I should try to find the offense at sides. But I've no idea what orders I should use. I've never played against illegal formation and I don't know what to expect.

Can someone help and give any hints how to play versus this formation.
