How to beat 4-1-4-1?

I need to beat a team with 4-1-4-1.



I usualy play with 4-4-2, but I have doubts about the orders.

Any ideas?

if you team have better *+ more than your rival use same formation..
ypu will win :D

352 flat, attacking, both flanks whole pitch pressing mixed passing and red arrows on lm and rm. Has always worked a charm for me.
