Formation against 3N-0-3N-3W-1

Hi all,

tonight I have a cup-match and will have to play against a team with a formation I never have seen so far -

3N - 0 - 3N - 3W - 1

I am considering to go -

offensive, counter, mixed passes, both flanks

3 - 5 - 2 V or 4-1-4-1

any thoughts on that one? Every help is highly appreciated,
