I'm a noob, but I have to beat a opponent who plays with this formation :

I've lost 2-1 on the first match, but I really want to beat beat him because I'm almost sure to go on final if I win.
Do you have any suggestions ?
I play in a 4-4-3, I haven't really players able to play an other formation, but I wanted to know what would be the best to beat this guy. Do you have any idea ?
