What are the best orders for 43n12 against 451v?

Hi, am facing 451v in the cup tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had any advice as to orders and arrows, or a formation that works against it? Checked sdw's thread and he had problems against. Have never used narrow formations so have no idea what orders I would need to counter his formation.

I am playing away against the second-ranked team in the league tomorrow. He is using 4-5-1 V-Style, but I won't use 4-3N-1-2. I think 4-4-2 will be better. Last time I played against a weaker team which used 4-4-2, I almost lost :D
