Is there anyway i could improve my squad's formation?

Okay well i want to win the league as many other people do hahaha,i'm level 2 cause i have just started but i know my way around if you catch my drift,i still think that i could improve my teams formation or orders in some way possible but i need someone who is pretty good with these things cause i'm alright but not the best.

So basically if you know anyway you think there is to make my formation better then give me a shout,thanks
