3N-3N-2W(aml/amr)-2 counter

Any ideas please (other than 4-3-2aml/amr-1) to counter 3N-3N-2W(aml/amr)-2 ...and any orders?

Can't seem to find an alternative counter and can't think of anything.

Pretty sure my opponent uses defensive/normal mentality , short passing and normal tackling.
