Cup opponent no. 2

My next opponent for cup is All Stars FC. They r using 4-2N-1-3 formation. I was thinking of using 3-1-3W-1-2.The 3 defenders will take on the 3 STs, 1 DMC will take on the AMC, ML/MR will attack through flanks, MC will try to keep the opponents 2 MCs in place. AMC will be there as opponent has no DMC. And 2 ST. Of necessary, I can later sub the MC off to bring in another AMC.
What do u thing. AVG team Q is the same almost, me being 0.2 higher. I am only scared of one of his 3 STs, who is a six starrer, but not from scout list. Leaving that, all my players match his.

I would go for 4-5-1 V...its more safe..
