How to beat a 2-3-2-1-2 formation

Hwy guys with this formation(2-3-2-1-2) my opponent as a strong middle...he has lost 3 out of his 4 games so far? should i worry about him? and how can i beat that formation?

I won my match.
I used 3-5-2V (DC, DC, DC / DMC / MC, MC / AML, AMR / ST, ST)
Red arrows on AML/AMR and Blue Arrow on DMC.
My team was 4.9.

Mentality: Attacking
Passing: Flanks
Tackling: Normal
Passing Style: Mixed
Marking: Zonal
Offiside/Counterattacks: OFF

If your team is equal, then play Normal, if weaker, play Defense and you could try Counterattacks.
