3-1-4-2 should do it ;) both flanks and normal menta..

The funniest thing is that everyone got different idea how to beat it.
But imho first you have to analyze what you are really facing.
He has no midfielders! He is really stron in defence (especially in central with those 2 dmc's) and he attacks with 4 players. He probably plays with a long ball maybe with a counter attack.
Imho you should win the ball in midfield (that will be easy) and try to block his attacks.
I will probably play 4-1-4-1 to have:
4 defenders + dmc to block his 4 offensive players
2 mc's to win the ball in midfield
2 wingers to give both additional defense on his AML/AMR and give options to attack on wings.
Zone, normal maybe counter in second half if the result will not satisfy you...

But that's what I think as you can see everyone got different idea here:)

Play 4-1-2N-1-2 ND through the middle, attacking, short passing, hard tackling, pressing own half, yes to counter, no to offside trap. Red arrow on AMC, DL and DR, blue arrows on DCs.

IMO, even, 3N-2W-2N-1-2 should work through the middle and same orders as above only this not red arrows but blue arrows on DML and DMR. Red on AMC.

My God, a million formations can be played against this, even 4-5-1 V or 4-5-1 flat!!!!!!

Even 4-1-2-1-2 Wide diamond.
