against 442

Hi I got 4 1 2 1 2 and Im playing against my mate tomorrow he's got 442 and we've been playing for a few seasons always had a similar team and the 442 wins most games can you help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong please

Lately i have got result using 4-5-1 flat versus Classic 4-4-2

but the thing is i only got 1 dmc and no cm cause i never need them but i beat most teams its just hiss standard 442 does it i find i loose most games in the cups near the end when my team is better but somehow end up loosing iv changed it to 4 2 3 1 aml amr both attacking lb rb both attacking down both flanks mixed passing zonal whole pitch if this dnt work ill have to change it round when i can to 4 5 1 like u said ill let u no how 4231 is cheers

do you no what orders to put on with the butterfly formation asap need to no please

i've been using 4-5-1V and has been working pretty well.

From the opposite perspective, as a 442 flat player the one formation I struggle against time and time against is the 442 diamond (ie 1xDM, 2xCM & 1 AM).

Try 3n-2w-2-1-2 normal ,mix passing ,counter

Nothing works against 4-4-2 classic other than 4-4-2 classic itself.

what orders do i need for the butterfly formation i mean every thing i got offside trap on counters on attacking. down both flanks with normal tackling zonal mixed passing with red arrows on dml dmr and aml amr i need to no if its right people??
