Im in S4/L4 and for the 1st time I have a lot of problems with my team with 3 looses in a row in the league and Im out from Cup and CL.

I would like to play a 4-2DMC-3WAM-1, can you tell me how to use arrows and orders please? I want to learn. Or if you suggest any variation to fit the game engine: 4-5-1V or anything else to use the best from my squad and game engine.
My both DMC are playmakers if this helps
