So I've been using this tactic right now, and I want to ask a few things.

1. How can I improve this formation // Should I change the tactics
2. Can this formation counter 4-4-2?

to counter 442 i use 43n3

Just buy an AML, so that you can change to 4-5-1 V-Style if required. I haven't lost a single game against 4-4-2 with ND.

There arent perfect tactics, it all depends of the orders you give, i alredy won with 442ND, 451V Style, but also lost other.
For me put your Best players in the tactic that Best suit them, see the game and try to adapt.
