    What formation to counter this weird 4-4-2 formation???

    Hi guys,
    please help. I had a match with this guy who came up with this weird 4-4-1-1 formation as below:

    What is the weakness of this and what order should I adopt too? Thanks!

    i think 3-5-2 flat or 4-5-1 v-style should do it

    The weakness is that it's not strong in the middle or on the sides.
    If you match the no of midfielders, you will be ok.
