How to counter 3n-3w-2n-1-1 ?

I'm having a hard time against this team. It's weaker than mine with one star,but in the first leg defeated me . Any sugestions?

It is ultra defensive. I be the will be playing defensive with such a formation. So, play 3N-1-3W-1-2 attacking, through the middle with short passing, hard tackling, press own half, no counter( it will be useless against such a defensive formation and ur opponent even has a DMC) and no offside trap. Red arrow on AMC, DL and DR. Blue arrow on DC and DMC.

thanks for the post.
i was going to use 3dc-2mc-aml/amr-3st. but it the end i think i'll follow your advice ,except for hard tacling,because he has a free kick specialist. i will post my result.

off-side trap is uselles.never works.as well for counter-atacks,cuz' i get them in matches even without selecting it

i've won the match with 3-2 ,but very hard..he missed a penalty, i've conceaded two goals for nothing .sometimes i can't understand how this engine works.
